11 x Platinum is Not Hype!

This album is amazing because rappers 1st albums are usauly amazing because they are hungry for money, and That was what Ready To Die was about, and usually the follow up is all comercial.(50 Cent; The Massacre). Yes this albums has tracks that are very commercial like “Hypnotize, Mo Money Mo Problems” but they are not sell-out records they are actually great tracks that really Shows Big’s unbelievable flow. I love how he doesnt talk about being broke anymore, or selling crack. Instead he talks about Life After the streets, and the ugly gritty side of being famous. He is a brilliant story teller, thats what this album is from tracks like “Miss U to I Gotta Story To Tell”. I love this album couldnt have been a better folow up to Ready To Die. 5 Stars for sure. R.I.P. B.I.G.

The Greatest Rap Album of All Time

No one does it better than Biggie Smalls and no cd in the entire history of rap is better than this one right here. Thank god iTunes finally put it on. So many memorable tracks on this one that it really is crazy to think of how many tracks Biggie could have made if he didn’t pass away. Biggie R.I.P. Top 5 Songs on the best CD ever are: 1. Hypnotize 2. Mo Money Mo Problems 3. Skys the Limit 4. Going Back to Cali 5. Notorious Thugs

B.I.G at his Best

The Greatest. Thats the only way to descibe Biggie and this album. Its hard to say that this is better than Ready to Die but its has to be said. With songs like “Whats Beef?” and “Kick in the Door” are instant classics and accomplice the bonofied Puffy-produced pop hits like “Hypnotize” and “Mo Money Mo Problems”. This album truely shows how crazy B.I.G could get lyriclly with songs like “Sky’s the Limit” which may possibly the best song ever released by Biggie. He keeps it street and gangsta with “Somebody’s Gotta Die” and “Ten Crack Commandments” but its not only the pop hits that drive this album, but how he ups the lyrical ante from Ready to Die.
